- Regarding the Basics -

I REALLY LIKE A PUPPY ON YOUR PAGE. WHAT NOW?

If you really like a puppy on our page, make sure to fill out our inquiry form. Be sure to check in with us to make sure the puppy you like is still available. If so, we will instruct you to place a deposit in order to secure your puppy.

CAN ANOTHER PERSON PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN ON THE PUPPY I LIKE?

If you have already placed a deposit on your puppy, another person cannot reserve that same puppy. However, if you have not committed by placing a deposit or have made arrangements with us, another family may place a deposit to reserve the puppy. Deposits are taken on a "first come - first served" basis.

WILL THE PUPPIES BE VACCINATED BY THE TIME THEY COME HOME?

Our puppies are dewormed and receive vaccines on a regular schedule. Your puppy will be up-to-date when going home.

DO YOU DOCK TAILS AND REMOVE DEWCLAWS?

No, we do not dock tails or remove dewclaws. Research on this topic varies and for many, it comes down to preference.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Deposits are paid via Zelle cash transfer, you receive your receipt once the transaction posts. The remaining balance is due via Zelle 48 hours before your pickup appointment slot. We also accept payments via Good Dog.

HOW OFTEN CAN I VISIT MY PUPPY?

We are not allowing home visits at this time. We understand our policy may upset some people, however, through experience, this is the best way we can manage our time and peace of mind when it comes to our dogs. We have decided to not allow strangers into our home, for the safety of our family and our dogs. Puppy diseases are easily spread by even the most casual contact. Once a deposit is made, you will receive weekly updates about your puppy. We send photo and video updates regularly and are always a phone call/text message away.
